2017 So Far…

2017 has proven to be one of our busiest years yet and it’s far from over! Over the past eight months, we have welcomed and instigated many changes for the company, some of which include: moving offices, debuting our new logo and welcoming fresh faces.

Our Financial Year

Our financial year is now over and it couldn’t have ended on a better note: this August, we¬†celebrated 6 years in business and each of those years saw a growth in turnover and profit. This year alone, our turnover increased by 26% as did our profits by 42%.

To accommodate our growing success, we filled more desk chairs: our modest team swelled to an 18-man unit meaning we rapidly outgrew our offices. We stepped into a new chapter for the company through the doors of an office building which we are happy to call our own. Alongside our team growing, our arsenal of websites grew by four.

Looking Forward

Though the financial year is over, there is still plenty of 2017 left and we plan on making the most of it. We are working tirelessly behind the scenes to improve our product information, images, descriptions and specifications. This will allow our customers to more easily understand the key features of all the products within our range.

We are working on improving our internal systems to provide a higher level of customer service. We will be able to keep our customers better informed on the status of their orders, from the moment the order is placed, to the point of delivery.

As well as adding more products, we aim to bring more updates and special offers across all our product ranges.

Our customers are always at the centre of everything we do and we hope our continuous efforts deliver an easy and enjoyable online experience.
